Rowing provide opportunities for pupils to engage and enjoy and where they have particular talent, the future is open-ended. We have the resource and expertise to take them as far as they can go.

The rowing provision is carefully planned to develop and grow each rower at the right rate (pardon the pun!). From Year 9 there are extensive opportunities to row, with access to our superb facilities at Saltford, getting out on the water every week.

As you move up the school opportunities to row year round grow from Year 11 onward. For our highest performers Year 11 is the point at which you can begin to engage with the U19 GB Selection process and our superb coaching team provide all the support you need.

This is carefully led by the outstanding Nick Baker, who brings his extensive experience and expertise from his time as Team GB Paralympic Head Coach, culminating in exceptional results at the 2024 Paris Olympics, with every boat medalling and Team GB topping the medal table.
