Monkton’s Sixth Form Futures Programme places you at the centre, ensuring you are fully prepared for life beyond Monkton.
It equips you to understand yourself and others and to discover skills now that will remain relevant across every stage of your life. We co-ordinate a rich combination of strands to support you.
We draw on expertise from Monkton parents, Old Monktonians and our broader partnerships to create careers networking events.
We provide career mentors, workshops on developing your self-awareness, presentation and interpersonal skills, visits to Higher Education and Degree Apprenticeship fairs, and a programme to help you understand your character, strengths and passions.
All this is grounded in bespoke support from your 1:1 tutor and with the Futures team to help you carve your future path and leave Monkton ready to thrive in the world beyond.
