Clubs & Activities
Enriching every day
Our clubs offer a chance for all our pupils, from the tiniest to the very oldest, to unwind through an activity they particularly enjoy or to try something new, and for many, clubs become a key hour of extra input that helps develop excellence.
Year 1 & 2, and even sometimes Reception pupils can join football, art, picture books & outdoor cooking clubs. As the children grow, so does the choice!

The range of clubs on offer is astounding, not because we expect every child to do every activity, but allowing them to try all sorts of things helps broaden their perspective, and often they find something they didn't know they loved.
rugby, basketball, swim squad, cricket, athletics, dance
hockey, football, netball, tennis, running, laser run, pilates
choir, orchestra, percussion group, dance, drama, art, DT
mechanical engineering, tech collective, airfix, chess, science
crochet, writing, journalling, craft, comic club, board games
outdoor cooking, farm club, baking, frisbee, touch typing...
...and more!
Our clubs evolve to reflect pupil passions and staff expertise. Theses are all included for every pupil (apart from a couple of clubs that require external expertise) and they can choose up to four per week, including a prep slot for older pupils.
We encourage all pupils to get involved, not least because research shows that engagement with co-curricular activities inside school has the biggest beneficial effect on academic outcomes. We work with you as parents to work out the right balance for your child at different ages and stages.
