Register

Complete the registration form to formally apply for a place. This requires a non-refundable £150 registration fee.

References & Documents

We will request a reference from your child’s current setting (where applicable), and ask for their latest academic reports, plus any relevant medical or SEND information.

Taster Days

Your child will be invited to attend two taster sessions. Prospective boarders will also be invited to an overnight boarding taster.

Assessment

We use the internationally recognised CAT4 test. International students also complete an online English language assessment. All applicants will meet a member of the Senior Leadership team.

OFFER

If successful, an offer will be sent within two weeks of your child’s taster sessions and assessments.

Welcome Pack

The term before your child is due to start, we will send all the information you need to prepare for their arrival at Monkton.

WELCOME DAY

For those joining at the start of the academic year, your child will be invited to join us for a day in the summer term, during which they meet their new teacher, engage with their classmates and spend time in their classroom, prior to their start in September.
