The pace is fast and furious, the skill is masterful and the exhilaration is palpable, at every level.
Netball at Monkton is a hugely popular and strong sport. Alongside being the main sport for girls in the Lent term (January to April), our athletes train for and compete in tournaments during the Michaelmas term (September-December).
Our superb outdoor courts, named to recognise Old Monktonian and former England captain Ama Agbeze, provide ample space to play and train, alongside our indoor court with specialised flooring.
Monkton is proud to be a Team Bath Athlete Development Centre (ADC), giving us access to Team Bath NXT Gen players and coaches, plus playing curtain raisers before NXT Gen fixtures and the option to send students as ball girls, exposing our students to the future possibilities within the sport they love.
