International Additional Fees
International students pay the same basic fees as British students but there are inevitably some specific costs connected with being an international student. To help you plan, the various costs are listed below:
English as an Additional Language (EAL) lessons
Students whose first language is not English will be assessed as part of the admissions process. If your child needs additional support to ensure their English develops quickly and they are able to access the academic content of their classes, they will need EAL classes.

The EAL charge is for the standard provision in each year group; there may be an additional charge for the bespoke 1:1 lessons where necessary to enable access to our mainstream curriculum.
UKVI
For those students with a school sponsored VISA, there is an additional termly charge of £180 to cover the school's administration costs.
Guardianship
If you do not have a relative or friend based in the UK, who is willing to act as guardian, there are guardian agencies who provide accommodation when school is not in session, or if your child needs to be absent from school for some reason, such as illness. Costs of these vary.
Exeat Weekends
Once each half term there is a break for all pupils, over a weekend. If your child does not go to a guardian and wishes to remain at school there is a cost to cover the staffing and catering costs shown on our additional costs page.
Travel
At the end of each half term, we work with Chauffeur Travel, an airport transfer company. Where possible they will group pupils together to travel to airports such as Bristol, Gatwick and Heathrow, to reduce the per person cost. Costs for these will vary depending on the distance to the airport and the number of pupils travelling at the same time.
Individual Music, LAMDA & Tennis Lessons
If your child would like to study an instrument, have personal drama lessons or individual tennis coaching, the costs for these can be found on the additional costs pages for each section of the school.
