Monkton is looking for an enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team supporting a couple of different named pupils across our Prep School. You'll work closely with our Special Needs Coordinator (SENCo), the classroom teachers, and the wider school.

You'll need to be flexible, adaptable and reliable with a passion for helping children to thrive. You'll have knowledge and previous experience working with children with SEND, and will be able to apply this knowledge when supporting the pupil in the classroom.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the classroom teachers to deliver the curriculum to children who have an individual target outcome plan (TOP)
• To assist in the formulation and implementation of individual plans as directed by the SENCo in line with school policy

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and enthusiastic Art & Design Technician to play a crucial role in supporting our Art & Design department.

The key aim of this role is to facilitate the teaching of Art and Design at all levels in the Prep School, with due regard to the health and safety of pupils and staff. As the successful candidate you'll be creative, flexible, with a supportive attitude and a genuine affinity for working in a school community. You'll have proven technical skills and experience across a range of art & design media, with excellent organisational skills and a key eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be able to proactively supervise the service of high quality food while operating within the agreed budget, under the direction of the Catering Management Team.

In this role, you will be in control of our front-line customer service team on a shift-by-shift basis ensuring the skillful, smooth and timely delivery of all our food services with support from your management team and senior chefs. You will have accountability for leading our customer focussed workforce to provide the hospitality services required across Monkton on a daily basis. We are looking for a weekend Chef to join our professional Catering Team at Monkton Combe School. This role will involve preparing meals for our boarding pupils based at Monkton Prep School. Would you like to join a small, yet dedicated team committed to providing a tip top service to our customers? We are looking for Catering Assistants who will be part of delivering a truly memorable customer experience with our hospitality services across Monkton on a shift-by-shift basis ensuring the skillful, smooth and timely delivery of all our food services with support from your colleagues, management team and chef brigade. 

You will need to be well presented with a welcoming smile and be in the right place at the right time to deliver these services. You will receive customer feedback first-hand and need to share this with the team so we can continually improve our service offer. You will work closely with the Team Leaders and Assistant Managers to ensure all standards are maintained in all areas of our operations.

You will assist in the provision of a professional food service to the pupils and staff at the school, with specific responsibility for the standard of cleanliness and hygienic operation of the kitchen, dining room and associated areas, including the cleanliness of light and heavy equipment and utensils.

Monkton Leisure is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Sports Club Supervisor to monitor all activities that take place in the Sports Club. Our facilities include a 25m indoor pool, gym and dance studio. You will provide a warm and welcoming service and engage with our customers to create a positive experience, with the aim of always striving to improve health and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and will be flexible to cover a range of shifts due to the nature of Monkton Leisure and activities that take place.
