At Monkton we have developed an outstanding and highly acclaimed programme of childcare and activities which are designed to keep your child occupied - physically, mentally and creatively, during the school holidays. Monkton Minis
For children aged 4yrs and in Reception class, to age 8 yrs
February Half Term - 16th to 20th February 2026
Join us for lots of fun, games, arts and crafts and baking activities over the half term holiday. Our theme will be based around 'Our Wonderful World', with our experienced staff team on hand to guide the children through engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity and a sense of wonder about our world.
We enjoy a fun swim every day in the safety of the shallow end of Monkton Indoor pool, with floats, shark fins and backpack swim aids all provided.
The individuality of our childcare programme at Monkton is the key to our success. We offer flexible childcare for parents with simple and clear booking options, with a fun and stimulating environment for the children. Booking options are simple for our parents, and choice is the key for our children during the day, with our leaders designing each session around the children’s interests and abilities, promoting self-confidence and self-expression, with a large helping of fun!

Monkton Muckers
For children aged 8yrs to 12 yrs
February Half Term - 16th to 20th February 2026
Join us this half term for action-packed days full of fun and adventure. Activities will range from basketball, cricket and pickleball to exciting arts and crafts, offering children a wide variety of experiences in a fun, safe and stimulating environment.
A highlight of our holiday camps is the daily swim in Monkton’s 25-metre pool, featuring what is probably Bath’s only giant Wibit inflatable obstacle course. There is even more on offer throughout the week, including arts and crafts, STEM challenges, LEGO building competitions, outdoor adventure games, treasure hunts, water polo sessions and raft building in the pool.
Our experienced and enthusiastic leaders are always on hand with fresh ideas, ensuring every child is supported and encouraged to make the most of each day.

We offer flexible childcare for parents with a simple booking structure based around our core hours of 8.30am–5.30pm, with no hidden or additional charges. Each day is carefully tailored to suit the dynamics, interests and abilities of the children attending, with choice at the heart of everything we do. Sessions are designed to promote self-confidence, self-expression and, above all, plenty of fun.
