Based in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of Bath, you could find yourself working in our historic buildings or outside enjoying our scenic views of the Midford Valley.
You will be one of two HR advisors who are jointly responsible for the day to day running of the HR department. The HR Advisors take the lead on supporting and coaching Line Managers on all people issues and will constantly strive to improve site HR practices and procedures; always looking to implement best practice.

We are committed to continuing to hone and improve our practice in different areas. We intentionally reflect on our professional development throughout the year. Assistant Domestic Services Manager

Would you like to join a small, yet dedicated team committed to providing a tip top service to our customers? You will be overlooking some fluffy sheep, in a lovely rural setting on the outskirts of Bath.
 
To support the Domestic Services Managers in day to day running and supervision of the Domestic Services Team. In particular, you will focus on the people in your team and assist in managing: staff attendance (including sickness records), performance, support for staff improvement.
