Prep School Academic

All pupils are encouraged to strive for academic excellence. Our independent status allows our staff to maintain flexibility to choose new developments in education while preserving traditional standards.

The majority of pupils sit the Common Entrance examination, while some are prepared for scholarship examinations. The majority of our pupils move on to Monkton Senior but there is a small number who secure entry to a range of well known independent schools.

The School is well able to cater for the needs of children with moderate learning difficulties. Individual needs are assessed and suitable programmes designed to afford maximum support.
